A total of 92 people can be accommodated in dormitory style bunkroom accommodation with separate male and female bathroom and toilet facilities. Regulations allow for a maximum of 100 people on site. Provision has been made for wheel chair access to the buildings, toilets and showers.

• Well equipped self-catering kitchen
• Lounge/dinning area, which is a large space with tables and seating for 100 people and also has a fire place.
• Main Building Dorms has 20 bunks and consist of 3 bunk rooms, with two that can sleep 8 and another one sleeping 4.
• Main Building Ablutions consist of a shower (hot water is supplied from an electric hot water cylinder), sinks, and two toilets.
• The Lions Den Dorm has 32 bunk beds in 8 cubicles of 4.
• The Nettleingham Dorm has 40 bunk beds in 10 cubicles of 4
• Ablution Block with male and female facilities consisting of 4 toilets and 4 showers each.  Shower and toilet suitable for wheelchair use
• Boiler Room Room & Laundry contains and industrial coin operated washing machine and dryer and the Marshal Boiler that supplies hot water for showers.
• Activities Centre that contains the indoor climbing wall
• At the entrance to the lodge is an automated security Gate
